Basic packages start at $425 with an option for 24-48 hour turnaround. Pricing & Details

Base Service Photography Fee = $425 (3 bedroom 1 bathroom home & exterior)
+ $150 for rush photography and editing service 24-48 hour turnaround
+ $35 for each additional bedroom/bathroom or large area (out buildings, additional requests, etc.)
+ $35/ea for Full Resolution print files (5000px).
+ Free – Travel 30 miles within Durango (reasonable fee may apply for farther distances)
+ Commercial Photography begins at $850 and may vary on rooms and square footage.
+ Drone Photography begins at $650
+ Video Packages begin at $650

Delivery – Expect 2-4 high quality professionally edited digital photos of each room or area of your home (20-40 images total). Delivered through email as high resolution (yet still web friendly) jpg files – 1920px on the long edge. Turnaround time is between 3-5 business days with a rush option for 24-48 hour turnaround if requested and paid up in full at time of shoot.
